Barco graphics 801s manual

I'm in. I don't even have a projector. High pressure salesmanship, obviously. If this is the one produced by Graham Johnson, it is a great product.

I really enjoyed it, especially when they get called for lunch by Graham's friend's dad!! Two thumbs up. Link Posted: Sun Mar 18, pm Post subject:. I this the DVD that curt was talking about a week or so ago??? Link Posted: Mon Mar 19, am Post subject:. Anyone with a HT-PJ shouldn't think to long on this. This is a must havemore so if you are new to this.

Email me at curt curtpalme. Your question is like asking why a 25 year old car has a cracked radiator hose when it's been parked in a garage since it was new.

Age happens, and at years old, anything can happen. With the low hours on the , it should look almost as good as a higher end 8" EM focusing set. Keep in mind now that we are super spoiled with HD, which really didn't exist when the was out.

Compared to a flat screen, any CRT will look a bit fuzzy, but back in the day, Svideo via a Faroudja scaler was fantastic. If the projector looks 'terrible' to you, then either it's a lack of setup a good projector setup for a newbie can easily take 6 hours , or you're expecting too much.

If you haven't set up a CRT before, then I'd say it's a setup issue. Read everything on the main site, go through the Barco manual also on the main site if you didn't get one , and read, read, read, and play with the deck. Many clients called back when I was selling a projector a day complaining about the poor image quality, but once they read the manual, they called back saying how blown away they were. This must be the quickest CRT upgrade by a member of this forum ever! When you've got the bug it just doesn't let you go! Uncle Eric, Does the Cinematrix mod have a fixed scan rate i. I'm sure its fixed but that the PSM2 will have a higher selectable scan? Its a Video Processor to Scale the image up and make it look better on a Projector basically. Cussy: The Rock de-interlaces an interlaced signal to progressive scan then scales it to the output most suitable for the display device it is atached to.

Would this work on the s given its negative sync? This is temporary only, just a fiddle about to compare Svideo with RGB both direct from the player. Thanks Paul.

The scaling rate is variable. It can do anything from p to p if your crt has a high enough horizontal scan rate A good 7 incher such as the Dwin or Sony D50 can do p triple with no problems.

Some 8" crts like the Sony G70 and Barco s can do p if they are set up very well. If not, then overlap will occur. Using WinDVD, fantastic, never thought it could be this good! Gordon's favourite scene in The Fifth Element looks incredible, so much new detail!

The biz! Its a good day indeed! Just been told that they have the remote for it! No more fiddling round the back! Mr A, Well, at least there is still a chance - fingers crossed! Regards, Paul. PaulB, Congrats with the Barco. I'd be interested in seeing your comments on Fifth Element R1 vs R2 if you get the chance. I will hang in. Think a reminder visit in a couple of weeks plus find out what it is may be in order, dont want to push it just oil the wheels. Hope it pans out!! Update on Barco projector I went to see the contact who may have the Barco.

Unfortunately at present it is not avialable but was told that they are having some work done so it may be available in the near future. I left my contact details and await Oh well at least i will be able to concentrate on selling my house now. I always do all of the mods required to these sets to ensure long term reliability. Around , Barco came out with the and models. The put out lumens, the put out lumens. The projectors have digital convergence which is very easy to set up, and lots of on screen menus to guide you through the setup procedure.

ES focus on all of these sets. In about Barco came out with the Barco The was very similar to the , but had an extra circuit called AKB that compensates for picture tube wear. Basically the same overall picture as the Barco ES focus on this set as well. There are two versions of Barco and as well as other Barco models.
